A Chapter in the Book, "Nurturing the Prophetic Imagination"

I benefitted greatly from being part of the 2010 conference, “Nurturing the Prophetic Imagination,” from which this book grew. I was asked to redesign the paper I gave there so it could be included in the book. It became Chapter 8 and carries a long title, “Unmasking the Gods of the Marketplace: God’s Economy as a Counter to the Religious Functions of the Prevailing Economic Models.” Phew!
